Peking duck (China) - Pan seared duck breast is pan-seared and served with soft flour pancake, cucumber, spring onion and Peking sauce.

Pan seared scallop with black bean sauce (Hong Kong) - Pan seared Scallop serve in the shell with a rich black bean sauce.

Sui mai (Hong Kong) - The classic dim sum dish. Minced pork is mixed with Prawns and wrapped in wonton pastry and steamed.

Lo mai gai (Hong Kong) - Glutenous rice with chicken and shiitake mushroom is wrapped in a lotus leaf and steamed.

Seafood laksa (Singapore) - Noodles, with prawns, mussels, fish balls and puffed tofu are served in a rich coconut curry broth. Street food at its best.

Bulgogi beef (Korea) - Cotswolds ribeye steak is cooked medium rare and served with Thai fragrant rice, kimchi and bulgogi sauce.

Nai wong boa (Hong Kong) - Sweetened dough is steamed with a creamy egg custard filling.
